By purchasing a Job Search Review service from Margin Growth Group Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Service Description

Job Search Review provides professional feedback and guidance on a client’s resume, LinkedIn profile, and overall job search positioning. The service includes a written review summary and a consultation call as described at the time of purchase.

Digital Service Acknowledgement

Job Search Review is a digital professional service. No physical product will be delivered.

Client Participation

Clients must provide the requested information including their resume, LinkedIn profile, and any relevant job search information required to complete the review. The service timeline begins once all required materials have been received.

Delivery Timeline

Reviews are typically completed within 3–5 business days after all required materials and information have been received.

Consultation Session

The service includes a consultation call of approximately 30 minutes to review findings and recommendations. Additional sessions or extended support are not included unless separately arranged.

Scope of Service

Job Search Review provides professional feedback and recommendations only. The service does not include ongoing coaching, job placement services, recruiting services, or unlimited follow-up support.

No Guarantee of Employment

Job Search Review provides professional insight based on hiring and leadership experience. However, no guarantees are made regarding interviews, employment, job offers, or career outcomes. Hiring decisions are made solely by employers and depend on many external factors including qualifications, market conditions, and employer requirements.

Clients agree to contact Job Search Review directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a credit card chargeback or payment dispute.

Margin Growth Group Inc. and Job Search Review shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, employment outcomes, or decisions made based on the review or recommendations provided.

Confidentiality
